14-day withdrawal
Consumers purchasing at distance generally have 14 calendar days from delivery to communicate withdrawal without giving a reason. Write to pedidos@jpcardhit.com with the order number and an unequivocal statement. This right is subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
Model withdrawal form
You may copy and email the following text to pedidos@jpcardhit.com. Using this model is optional.
To JPCARDHIT, Jordi José Medina Palau, Carrer de Collblanc 102 bis, 5.º, 08028 Barcelona, España, pedidos@jpcardhit.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [describe goods]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].
Return condition
After notifying us, return the goods within the legal period with all parts, certificates, promotional items and protective packaging. The customer may inspect an item only as they could reasonably do in a shop.
Opening factory seals, packs, boxes or tamper-evident protection can substantially reduce a collectible's resale value. Where the law permits, any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics and functioning may be deducted from the refund.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind withdrawal, the customer bears the direct, insured and trackable return cost after being informed of the return address and instructions. JPCARDHIT bears appropriate costs when the item is incorrect, damaged in transit or non-conforming.
Refunds
Eligible refunds include the product price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered, but not an upgrade chosen by the customer. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or reliable proof of shipment is provided. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the applicable legal period.
Defects and legal guarantee
Non-conforming goods are covered by the mandatory legal guarantee. In Spain, new consumer goods generally carry a three-year legal guarantee; for professionally sold second-hand goods, a shorter period may be agreed but cannot be below the statutory minimum. Remedies follow applicable law and the nature of the collectible.
Return safety
Returns sent without prior contact, cash-on-delivery parcels or inadequately protected collectibles may be refused where lawful. The sender is responsible for safe packaging and proof of return until receipt. Never write directly on slabs, boxes or original product packaging.
These policies are written for the initial JPCARDHIT operation in Spain and should be reviewed by a qualified Spanish adviser before processing the first live order.
