Terms of sale
Terms & Conditions
The rules governing orders, pre-orders, sourced products, mystery products and customer responsibilities.
Last updated / Última actualización: 2 August 2026
Seller and acceptance
Sales are made by Jordi José Medina Palau, NIF 07104240T, trading as JPCARDHIT from Barcelona, Spain. An order becomes binding when JPCARDHIT accepts it and sends confirmation. An automated acknowledgement alone does not require acceptance where stock, payment, fraud checks or an obvious pricing error prevents fulfilment.
Products and authenticity
JPCARDHIT aims to sell authentic products and accurately describe language, edition, condition and seal status. Product images may be illustrative unless identified as the exact item. Manufacturer print variation, centring and factory defects do not automatically constitute seller damage, without prejudice to legal conformity rights.
Prices and payment
The final checkout must display the product price, applicable taxes and shipping before payment. For pre-orders, the card amount is authorised but not captured while availability is checked. JPCARDHIT will capture the authorised amount within 48 hours after confirmation or cancel the authorisation if the product cannot be supplied. Payment may otherwise be authorised, verified or rejected by the payment provider.
Stock, allocation and limits
Stock is not guaranteed until acceptance. Quantity limits may be imposed to prevent automated purchasing, resale abuse or allocation imbalance. If an accepted item becomes unavailable, the customer will be offered a lawful alternative or refund.
Pre-orders
Release dates and allocations are controlled by manufacturers and distributors and may change. The product page or confirmation will state estimated timing and any specific cancellation terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; JPCARDHIT will not retain payment for goods it cannot supply.
Mystery products
Mystery products must state the general type, quantity or value methodology and material eligibility conditions before purchase. Random outcomes do not guarantee a specific player, character, card, grade or resale value. They do not remove statutory rights relating to non-conformity or lawful withdrawal.
Sourcing service
A product request is not a purchase commitment. Any proposal will identify the product, condition, price, expected timing and validity period. Specially sourced goods are not automatically exempt from withdrawal unless a statutory exception genuinely applies and was disclosed before contracting.
Fraud and misuse
Orders may be paused or cancelled for suspected fraud, payment abuse, sanctions risk, unlawful resale, automated attacks or materially incorrect customer information. This clause will not be used to discriminate unlawfully or avoid confirmed consumer obligations.
Applicable terms
These terms work together with the shipping, returns, privacy, cookie and legal-notice pages. Mandatory consumer rules prevail over any conflicting clause. Contact hola@jpcardhit.com before starting a formal dispute so we can attempt a practical resolution.
These policies are written for the initial JPCARDHIT operation in Spain and should be reviewed by a qualified Spanish adviser before processing the first live order.
