Sell to Us Policy

How JPCARDHIT evaluates, verifies and purchases cards, collections, sealed products and memorabilia.

Last updated / Última actualización: 2 August 2026

01

Who may offer items

The seller must be at least 18, have legal capacity, own the items or be expressly authorised to sell them, and provide accurate contact and ownership information. JPCARDHIT may request identity, proof of address, provenance or purchase evidence for fraud and stolen-property prevention.

02

Eligible items

We may evaluate raw or graded cards, singles, lots, complete collections, autographs, numbered cards, inserts, parallels, rookies, patches, short prints, case hits, 1/1 cards, sealed sports or TCG products, memorabilia and other valuable collectibles. Submission does not guarantee interest or an offer.

03

Valuation

Valuation considers verified recent sales, liquidity, condition, centring, surface, corners, authenticity, grading company, population, language, edition, completeness, fees, taxes, shipping, authentication risk and the cost and time required to prepare the item for resale. Our purchase offer will normally be below an expected retail resale price.

04

Photos and disclosure

The seller must disclose alterations, trimming, restoration, recolouring, pressing, cleaning, counterfeit concerns, replacement parts, damaged seals and all known defects. Clear front, back, corner, surface, serial-number, certification and packaging photos may be required.

05

Non-binding proposal

Online or email estimates are provisional and non-binding until physical inspection, authentication and written final acceptance. JPCARDHIT may revise or withdraw an estimate if the item differs from the information provided or market evidence materially changes before acceptance.

06

Shipping and inspection

Do not ship until written instructions are provided. Unless agreed otherwise, the seller bears secure, tracked and adequately insured delivery to JPCARDHIT and retains transit risk. Inspection may require opening outer shipping materials and examining certification data; factory-sealed products will not be opened without specific agreement.

07

Acceptance, payment and rejection

After inspection, JPCARDHIT may accept, make a revised offer, request more evidence or reject. Payment method and timing will be confirmed in writing after final acceptance and any required verification. If rejected or no agreement is reached, return shipping and insurance are normally paid by the seller unless JPCARDHIT caused the issue.

08

Counterfeit or suspicious goods

JPCARDHIT will not knowingly purchase counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully altered or fraudulently described goods. Suspicious items may require additional verification and, where legally required, information may be preserved or supplied to competent authorities. No title transfers and no resale occurs unless a final purchase is accepted.

09

Data and contact

Valuation information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Send offers through the structured form or contact compramos@jpcardhit.com. Never email full payment-card details.

These policies are written for the initial JPCARDHIT operation in Spain and should be reviewed by a qualified Spanish adviser before processing the first live order.
